I don't just talk the talk, I walk the walk as well. I am part owner of a retail shop in Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia called Crafty Owl Artisans Market.

I too am a small business owner and face the same challenges that you do. Every day brings with it something new.  We can either own it and run the day or let it run us. We choose to use our training in communication, organization, processes, marketing and customer service to manage our shop. We spend less time mired down in confusion and more time able to grow our business.
